IMPORTANT: Due to the events related to COVID-19 our delivery service at this time is following the guidelines of the city and the authorities. All deliveries of Bouquets, Arrangements and Decorations will be delivered to the door of the house or office. We are not authorized to enter the facilities, due to our care and that of our clients. Important to know …

If you choose to collect the Balloon Bunch, Bouquet, Arrangement, Basket or Decoration in our facilities, you must take into account the following:

• Provide the full name and contact telephone number of the person who will collect the arrangement on the day and within the established time range.
• The person who picks up the arrangement must have time to receive the delivery. We also recommend that you collect in a BIG cart. Our Bouquets are BIG. You must have a large and unoccupied cart to collect, with the backs of the chairs down to be able to introduce the arrangement without being damaged, balloons exploding or accessories detaching. It is recommended to pick up by SUV, Minivan, Hatchback or Touring. Creating is not responsible for damage during transportation.

If you want shipping:

• If it is your choice to remove the Bouquet or decoration in our store, take into consideration that our products are large, volume and delicate, they must have a suitable and unoccupied vehicle to move it. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which your Bouquet or decoration may reach you.
• The latex helium balloons last approx. of 8 hours, we guarantee its durability of 48 hours or more. The micro foil or metallic balloons will last more than 7 days, depending on the weather conditions and treatment.
• All our bouquets are made on the same day as the surprise, for a longer duration of the balloons.
